Biography
Dr. Lepora is CEO of Nextgen People, a Talent Management Services Company, and an Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience and more than 20 years working directly with the C-Suite to improve business results.
Dr. Lepora provides a success-oriented approach for clients. Although she is challenging, she is supportive and quickly inspires trust from her clients. Her coaching work is enhanced by her business and organization experience which includes leadership positions in Airlines and Aviation, Financial Services, Staffing, and Consulting. Her work includes a wide range of industries. Clients have included Delta Air Lines, AT&T, Capitol Blue Cross/ Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Randstad, among others. She has worked with leaders across the globe including Europe, Latin and South America.
Dr. Lepora’s style is holistic but targeted. She appreciates the importance of specificity in goals yet understands the impact of interdependent factors. She challenges high-achieving leaders to be even greater. She helps them to understand how their personal and professional skills and behaviors positively or negatively impact their organization’s strategic objectives.
